The pools were great for kids. The elevators were down during our stay. Staff friendly, and we enjoyed the outdoor breakfast with a view. Room cleanliness could have been better.

We enjoyed our stay here as it was just a few steps from local eateries like Atlantis Restaurants and only about 900 meters from the Family Kingdom Amusement Park, making it easy to explore the area on foot and have fun with the kids while soaking in the city's vibrancy.

The kids absolutely loved the water park on-site! Despite the rain, we had a great time at the indoor/outdoor pool area. We also enjoyed the bowling alley, which was a fun way for our family to spend some time together after a long day at the beach.

In my wife’s opinion, there should be better housekeeping services for families. It was disappointing that we had to ask multiple times for towels and that our room didn't feel thoroughly cleaned before our arrival.

we had a great time at captain's quarters resort! the oceanfront suite was really nice and clean. it’s right in front of the beach, perfect for sunbathing. my kids loved the many pools available to play in. also, i appreciated the friendly security guard who helped with traffic!

The breakfast was exceptional, featuring a variety of delicious options including pancakes, real eggs, and sausage. However, the room fell short. outdated furnishings and a couple of bugs were a concern. The pool area was enjoyable for the kids, but the atmosphere felt a bit chaotic with loud music and smoking around. Despite the minor issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly during the room change.

It was just a fine choice for a flash stay in Myrtle Beach with fantastic value for money. The kids loved making sand necklaces right at the hotel. Consider visiting during the week to avoid large crowds.

We had a fantastic time here! The kids absolutely loved the kiddie island and the amazing fire and hula show. The pools and jacuzzis were clean and enjoyable. However, the quality of the mattresses and towels could use some serious upgrades.
